Furnished room in 3-Bed apartment share. Room measures approximately 10ft x 13ft. Furniture includes full bed, desk and desk chair, huge close. Room is south facing - great light.

There is room for personal art, bed dressings, etc., but furniture stays.

Shared living/dining room. Shared open plan kitchen. Light cooking only please (meaning non-greasy, non-smokey).

Shared main bath/shower. Shared second half-bath.

$1, 600 per month. Includes electricity, FIOS TV, and WI-FI, as well as cleaning lady once a week for shared space.

First, last and full month deposit required.

Seeking quiet, friendly, clean, organized non-smoker. Max number of people in the apartment would be three.
