Private room available in 3br/2ba apt!

Looking for someone to move in 4/15/17 until at least 9/1/17.

About the apartment: Lovely full three bedroom, plus brand new kitchen, two bathrooms and huge open living room. I have furnished the apartment but the bedroom is all yours to style as you like! (I also have an amazing queen air mattress from my last roommate that is yours if you'd like.) The room has large windows, its own closet and can easily fit a large bed. The kitchen has brand new appliances and cabinets and my current roommate and I have dishes, some pots & pans etc.

About me: I am a 25 year old female, working in retail management. I work long hours and really enjoy coming home to just relax and rest. I have a dog, Gracie, who is a large mixed breed. She's a little shy and hides in my room for the most part. My current roommate, David, and I both work long hours, typically a regular M-F schedule, although I usually leave super early. We are both quiet and respectful.

We are looking for someone in the same 20s-30s age range, relatively clean, student or working doesn't matter. Male or female. I am looking for one person, no sharing of the room.. I'd prefer someone laid back and open to different things, okay with having people over on the occasional weekend etc. but really not too picky! There will be a background/credit check.
