A furnished bedroom with private bathroom is available to be occupied by you in a spacious and bright apartment in a lovely and safe neighborhood and a quick walk away from Columbia University and great cafes, and book stores, Riverside Park and Morningside Park also,
The bedroom available has a full-size bed, bookshelf, a desk, a small wooden file cabinet, a spacious closet, and A. C. It has great sunlight.
The living room and dining area is a cozy shared space. The kitchen is fully stocked including a dishwasher.
First-month rent plus security deposit ($1200)required to move in. Reference required.
It is located 1 and ? block away from train lines C and B and a short walk train line 1 on Broadway.
