Room near A-train and a park!

I'm looking to renew my lease in September for a two-bedroom apartment with a living room, bathroom, and kitchen (with a dishwasher!).

Rent includes hot water and heat. Electricity/gas runs about $70 a month (less if we're careful) and cable/Internet is $130 per month. Both will be split evenly.

The apartment is close to the 190 st. A-train stop and only a few minutes' walk away from Ft. Tryon Park and the Cloisters Museum. Perfect for Columbia students! The neighborhood is great because it's easy to get downtown, but it's out of the hustle and bustle of the city.

The apartment was renovated just before I moved in, so we have all new appliances, wood floors, and granite tiles in the kitchen and bathroom.

About me: I graduated with an English major in 2010 and am currently working as an editorial assistant for a major publisher. I like to read and watch TV in the evenings. On weekends I'm either out visiting my boyfriend or just taking it easy around the city. I'm fairly quiet.

For a roommate, I'm looking for someone who's on the quieter side, clean, responsible, friendly, and reliable.

Feel free to email me with any questions!
