Open bedroom in two bedroom apartment on the LES

I'm looking for someone to move into my apartment on the Lower East Side at the end of January 2017. My current roommate has been my roommate since college and is taking the next step by moving in with her boyfriend :( so I'm hoping to find someone equally as awesome to take her place!

The apartment is $1,500/month (includes heat and hot water), and the rent will be going up to $1,650 come May 2017. Utilities tend to be about $100.00/month more or less, which would be split between the two of us. I am looking for someone who can re-sign the lease with me at the end of January!

A bit about me: I'm 25 and am originally from Connecticut. I've lived in NYC for two and a half years and work in public relations. I love hanging out at home (when I have the time!) and watching Netflix, meeting friends at bars nearby, and occasionally cooking. I'd definitely consider myself a clean freak in terms of common areas (especially the bathroom), but don't really care how you keep your personal space. I also would love to live with someone who I can have a great relationship with, but also understands that we can do our own thing!
