Young couple with cat looking for roommate(s)!

We're a reliable and fun loving mid-20s couple and an 8 year old cat (also fun-loving) looking for someone (or someones) to rent our second bedroom.

About us:
Sam is a 24 year old guy who works at Starbucks (and can get you free coffee wink wink nudge nudge), plays the bass, and has a beast of a computer on which he plays many, many games.
Roz is a 25 year old lady who goes to school at CUNY Hunter, loves animals of all species and sizes, watches and rants about a lot of movies and TV shows, and really enjoys cooking new and exciting dishes.
Mitzi is an 8 year old tuxedo cat who enjoys lying in sunbeams, meowing at people to announce her presence, eating, cuddling, and tummy rubs. She also occasionally knocks things onto the floor if she feels that she has not been adequately petted.

The apartment is a two bedroom with one full bath, living room, and kitchen. The bedroom that you would be renting is 125 sq ft (11. 5 x 11. 5 ft) with a small closet that is about 8. 5 sq ft (roughly 4 x 2 ft). The bedroom has two tall double paneled windows that let in a lot of light; there is already an a/c unit in one of the windows. The room is partially furnished with a double bed, a dresser, a small desk, and a nightstand. Feel free to bring your own furnishings if you'd like; you are also welcome to space in the living room, kitchen, and hall closet. We have a sleeper sofa and love seat in the living room.

The apartment is very close to the A (about 6 blocks away) and the 1 (two blocks away). We're just across the street from Isham Park, a few blocks' walk from Inwood Hill Park and about ten blocks from Fort Tryon Park. There are inexpensive grocery stores very close by, including C-Town and Associated Market. There is also a PathMark on 207th street. We're also lucky enough to be near a lot of different types of restaurants with really delicious food. If you have a car, there is street parking, although it is pretty unreliable; otherwise there are numerous paid parking garages nearby.

What we're looking for in a roommate(s??)
Tidy in the common areas (your room can be a mess, we do not care), on time with rent and utilities. We will accept either an individual or a couple and the rent will be $990 a month regardless. Heat and hot water are included, energy and internet bills are paid monthly. Cats are ok as long as they can get along with Mitzi, but no dogs please.
