I have a beautiful bedroom with private bathroom available for rent.

About the apt:
This is a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment on the 35th floor of a new luxury high rise in the Hells Kitchen area. The apt has gorgeous floor to ceiling windows with a beautiful view of the empire state building (which really is a magnificent sight at night)

All new fixtures and appliances including:
- washer/dryer in the unit so no more laundromats
- dish washer in the kitchen (which is a luxury ive never experienced in all 28 years of being raised in this city.)

What the building has to offer:
- state of the art gym (they hold a multiple of different classes such as spin, conditioning, yoga, pilates, private training, etc)
- pool
- spa (sauna, steam room, masseuse)
- conference rooms if you need to host a business meeting
- roof top access with free wifi for lounging, sunbathing, entertaining, etc (the roof has grills if you want to bbq)
- doggy day care & dog park
- nail salon
- dry cleaner
- grocery store next door
(if you choose to join the gym you then also gain access to the amenities of the building next door which also has all the same things our building has with the addition of a movie theater room, indoor basketball court, and outdoor roof tennis courts)

about me:
- i'm a 28 year old woman who works her butt off in finance. i am studying for my series 7 exam to license me as a stock broker so i literally work and study, work and study. I do work remotely from home for a mergers and acquisitions firm so you''ll find me on the phone and laptop during the day but i mainly like to utilize the buildings work stations since I work out of the house. I have a small 3 month old dachshund puppy, he's an angel and a minor celebrity in the building. I'm not a party girl so you won't ever have to deal with me bringing the club home at 4 am. I'm really sweet, i don't want this roommate situation to be a business arrangement i'd really like to make you comfortable and for this to be our home together.

Whats needed from you:
- First and foremost I do need whomever responds to the room to be prepared to sign the lease.(THIS IS NON-NEGOTIABLE FOR THE ENTIRE DURATION OF SAID LEASE - there is 15 months left on the lease. not to mention the building will not give you a key unless you are accounted for legally.)
- I'd also appreciate a letter of employment to show you have steady income or something there of for my peace of mind (I'd assume if the roles were reversed you would definitely want the same lol)

What I am looking for in a roommate:
-Like I said I really do want this to be a home environment and not just a business situation, so I want you to be comfortable and happy. I'm a professional and I work really hard so a like minded roommate is really important to me. I'm not a party girl and am not looking to live in a party home, but that doesn't mean you shouldn't have your social life and entertain your friends here, this is YOUR home too enjoy it and do your thing.. it just that i'm not lookin to live with someone who brings the entire club home with them at 4 am (i'm not about that life lol). I'm really easy going so I basically am just looking for someone who is on par, respectful, hygienic, friendly, and will pull their weight in the house by being cleanly. THIS IS AN ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS APARTMENT. LIKE, SERIOUSLY BEAUTIFUL so its important to keep it that way. I cant stress enough i'm born and raised in this city and never in my life did I ever think id be lucky enough as to live in a place like this. Its like a shiny castle in the sky haha.
