Hells Kitchen Brick

My apartment is a 2nd floor walk up with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. It has an in apartment washer, dryer and dishwasher. The bedrooms are large and on opposite sides of the apartment which make them very private. The neighborhood is great and the apartment is conveniently close to subways (ABC, 123, NQR), PABT and penn station. The area is full of a huge variety of restaurants and is walking distance from a few different grocery stores. As a person, I feel that I am very easy to get along with, respectful and friendly. I am definitely an extrovert and would want to socialize with my roommate but can certainly entertain myself if you would rather be alone. I try to have an even mix in my life of work and fun. I like exploring the city, going out for dinner and drinks, and outdoor activities but I also enjoy lounging at home reading or baking. I am kinda passed the hardcore party scene and need a roommate who is in a similar stage of life. I work long hours at times so I am only around nights and weekends. On weeknights, I usually like to watch TV and relax but sometimes have to bring work home. I am looking for someone who is responsible, fun but doesn't bring the party home.
