Hell's Kitchen Apartment Available

I live in a great apartment with two roommates moving out who I would love to replace!

The building is full with amenities (rooftop, gym, 24-hour doorman, great views, a balcony in the apartment) on the 21st floor and in a great location (a quiet street within a five minute walk to all major subways, short walk to Madison Square Garden, Penn Station, and the Port Authority, as well as a short walk to West Side Highway bike path along the river and up to Central Park).

Midtown is a short 10 minute walk away, Hell's Kitchen is loaded with great restaurants and culture, as is Chelsea and the Highline.

The is a grocery store downstairs, along with a wine store and a 24-hour Duane Read. Citbike is located across the street, so a quick bike ride to anywhere in the city!

The two rooms both have magnificent views, including one with a great view of the Empire State Building.

I generally keep to myself, but would love to have a roommate who doesn't mind being social from time to time. I am up and out the door early in the morning (before 6), hit the gym early, and am usually back around 7pm.
