Great Room for rent December 10th or asap

We have a great apartment with a private unfurnished room available for rent starting December 10th or as soon as possible. If you would like to arrive later that can be discussed.

The room is 9.5 ft. X 10.5 ft. with a window and during the hot days an air conditioner will be available to use. The pictures in ad are older, the room now is completly painted white and is unfurnished and empty or will be empty upon move in.

This room is part of a very spacious 3 bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment with a comfortable living room. This apartment is in a newer elevator building with a balcony, dishwasher, washer and dryer in unit , and a patio area.

We're located just blocks away from the 1, B,C trains. The room is ideal for students and faculty. It is a one minute walk to The City College of New York, 15 minute walk to Columbia, and 10 minutes to the Manhattan School of Music. Riverbank State Park is only two blocks away, you can workout there, play numerous amounts of sporting activities, and enjoy downtown Manhattan views.

You will be sharing the apartment with 3 thirty something adults, 1 guy and 2 girls. We are all easy going with a very comfortable living environment.

We are looking for people that are clean, responsible, and friendly.

Move in requires first month rent and security deposit. Utilities such as water and gas are included, internet and electricity are split 4 ways.
