The apartment has hardwood floors throughout and stainless steel appliances with tons of storage and counter space in the kitchen. The rest of the apartment is already furnished. The building has an elevator and laundry in the basement. It is a 5 minute walk to the AC/BD trains and an 8 minute walk to the 1 train. It is about a 10 minute walk to City College and 20 minutes to the Columbia Morningside campus. Nearby are restaurants, a Fairway, tons of shops on 125th Street and several parks.

-Water and heat are included in rent but not the other utilities ( internet, electricity and gas.)
