New Roomie!!

Room for rent in HUGE three bedroom apartment in Upper West Harlem.

The Apartment: large living space and one and a half bathrooms on a five story walk up. Walking distance of A/C/B/D/2/3 lines. All within a 10 minute walk. Up and coming with cafes and restaurants as well as Starbucks, Blink Fitness, Whole Foods and other large chain retailers in the neighborhood.

The Room: (unfurnished) is located in the front of the apartment so it gets lots of natural sun light. The space fits a Full/Queen size bed with small desk and has a full closet.

The Roomies: One male, one female we keep the apt tidy and quiet. We are usually out of the apartment by 4am before the work crowd rush and usually are home by 3pm. We don't mind a short visit from family and friends with proper notification but we prefer to keep the party outside!. We both like to have a friendly/respectable/tidy/peac eful environment and are looking for someone to join in!

MOVE IN DATE: April 1. 2019
Lease is for another 1.5 yrs so no rent hike for a while, and no lease signing required.
