Brownstone is in a safe and beautiful area of Central Harlem, below 125 Street, close to Central Park. Just a few blocks away from the 2/3 train and close to bustling 125th Street which has a Whole Foods Market (a 2 minute walk!). Just a short walk to Columbia University.

About Us:
We are a creative and open-minded family with one teenager that spends half of her week here. We love yoga, meditation, and good vibes. We always seem to be busy doing things and positive energy is a must for our home.

Hopefully neat and clean with great references and decent credit. We are looking for an evolved, peaceful, considerate person.

The room is inclusive of heat and hot water but is not inclusive of the kitchen, or other areas of the house. Utilities are determined by your usage. If you keep the air conditioning on and use a lot of energy, we will add your usage to your monthly total. A mini fridge, toaster, coffee maker, and microwave are provided with the room for minimal food prep. An ideal fit would be someone who loves to eat out or enjoys take-out in. Street parking is available. Laundry facilities are not on-site but are a short walk away. Dry cleaning business across the street.
