Large bedroom with private entrance and bathroom

I am renting a large bedroom in a duplex brownstone, located on the ground floor. Move in date is Feb 1st.

You will have your own private entrance as well as your own private bathroom. No sharing the bathroom with anyone! Your large bedroom, private bathroom and large eat in kitchen and direct access to the backyard/garden is all on the ground floor. Our bedrooms are located upstairs with the living room and second bathroom.

The bedroom is 216 sq ft. 12 ft wide and 18 ft in length. two huge windows that let a lot of morning light in. This is not your typical NYC bedroom or apartment. There is enough room to put a bed, a desk and even a small couch.

This place is truly amazing. WASHER AND DRYER IN THE APARTMENT. Need I say more?

We Will Share:
* Access to our own, full-size PRIVATE WASHER and DRYER!!! No one else in the building has access. The machines are free to use!!!
* DISHWASHER
* Exclusive access to a large back yard.
* We will share the large eat-in kitchen. (microwave, oven, electric stove, large kitchen table.)
* We will share the upstairs living room (11X20).
* WiFi

4 block walk to the 2/3, a 10 minute walk to the 4/5/6, and a 15 minute walk to the A/C/B/D (All are express!)

We have a friendly coffee shop on the corner Lenox Coffee. Red Rooster , Sylvia's, Corner Social, and new restaurants are walking distance. We are also walking distance from a CVS, Staples, Marshall's and the 125th commercial strip. Minutes from Columbia University

Building is GORGEOUS--exposed brick on either side of the interior of the apartment and in the main foyer. VERY large windows. Oak hardwood floors and staircases throughout. Huge kitchen with an island butcher block and stove. Lots of storage space--closets in each room, and lots of cabinet space in the kitchen.

We are 2 gay men in our early 30s (not a couple). We are both professionals and prefer the same. No pets.
No smoking in the apartment.
Must be responsible and neat in the common areas.

You will pay first month's rent plus a security deposit of $1600.

Move in date is Feb 1st.
