Spacious room in cozy Harlem apartment
About the apartment: I've been living here for close to 4 years. I love this place and never want to leave it. The apartment was gutted and renovated about 5 years ago. There is a washer and dryer INSIDE the apartment! Spacious bathroom which we would share and a kitchen with lots of storage space.
ALSO! I have a cat. She's a 2.5 yr old rescue named Lulu. She's chill (with humans only) and is really only interested in sleeping and eating. If you don't want her in your room you can just close your door, it won't hurt her feelings.
The room: I don't have the square footage, sorry. I can tell you that it can fit a full size bed and dresser easily. The room comes with a wardrobe that was here when we moved in since there is no closet. Currently the room is furnished with a full size bed which you're welcome to use, or I can move it out. The room is a down the hall from mine which provides us both with privacy.
About me: I'm pretty laid back and just ask that common spaces be maintained by both of us. I work full-time and am in grad school so I'm pretty busy.
