Hello - I'm looking for a roommate for my 2-bedroom for immediate move-in.
Apartment:
2-bedroom right near City College on 133rd and Convent Ave. Rent is $1150 a month, plus utilities (varies by month) and cable/internet ($35). Security deposit is $1150 and broker fee is $1500. There is laundry in building and the apartment is a short walk from the 1 or ABCD subway lines. I'm the first to move in since the apartment has been renovated so appliances and everything are brand new.
The room:
Unfurnished but big enough for double/queen bed and dresser. There's decent sized built in wardrobe as well.
About me:
Easy-going 26 year-old female - I work full-time in publishing in the Flatiron district. Allergy PSA: I have 1 cat.
