I just received a new job and need to move mid-October. Our lease is up November 15th, so I am looking for someone who will move-in October 18th (flexible-monthly rent will be prorated) and then want to sign onto a year lease starting 11/15.
The current roommates are both females; one is a pastry chef and the other works in fashion. We have a great renovated apartment 3 blocks from the 1 train with a washer and dryer in unit, dishwasher, and great location to Riverside Park.
I'm also selling my bed (frame, mattress and box spring) for $450 so please let me know if you'd be interested in purchasing with the room. They are less than a year old, I'm only selling because of transportation.
