The room: unfurnished, in-room closet, hardwood floors, has one window. and comes with AC! it's a great space. it's very bright and light! the room is also cable ready....

The apartment: Very spacious! Lots of light! Huge living room, huge EIK. 5th floor walkup. Once you're up here, it really feels like an oasis. No laundry in the building, but there are 2 great laundromats less than a block away.

The roommates: she: interior designer, recovering workaholic very laid back, clean.
he: artist, designer, restaurant employee, laid back

about you: clean, considerate, clean, quiet, clean and PARTICIPATORY, basic common sense when it comes to cleaning/roommate situations.

other items: this will be a month to month situation; ideally, i am looking for a minimum 6 month commitment. I charge a flat rate for utilities (this includes AC use in the summer time) of $180 of month (electric/wifi/cable) This is also due on the first of the month, bringing the total to 1, 350. To move in you will need to pay a deposit of $1, 170 and first month's rent-- $2, 340 total.
