Hi guys! I am subletting my furnished room from March 15th or April 1st - October 31st. I live in a 5 bedroom apartment on W 126th St and its one block from the express 2/3 trains!! ALSO, 3 avenues west of the Apt is A/C trains and 3 avenues east is the 4/5/6 trains! There is also a grocery store and laundromat 3 blocks away! All dancers live in the apartment, there are 3 lovely Ladies and one gay male. My room has french doors, a twin sized bed, two big closest with a shoe organizer and a hanging shelving unit, you would also have a mini dresser for extra clothing storage, a bed side table, a mini fridge, your own personal keurig, and a space heater. My room has two big windows, access to the fire escape, and hardwood floors. We have a kitchen, a small dinning room, one full sized bathroom, and a good sized living room with a tv that has hulu and netflix. Rent will be $760 a month including wifi and utilities!
