I'm looking to share my apartment with someone who is quiet, clean, financially stable and drama-free. It is important that you pay your bills on time and keep the apartment peaceful.

You'd be sharing a 2 bedroom/1 bath with me. A female, 29 year old, lawyer, Fordham Law School Graduate from California. I'm friendly, neat, and laid back. I'm not a big party person and am looking for the same.

The apartment is great! I've been in this apartment for 2 years and I love it. It is on the top floor of the building (6th floor). The building has an elevator. Everything is new! New kitchen with stainless steel appliances (microwave, stove, dishwasher, washer/dryer). New bathroom with jet stream tub and TV. Yes, there's a TV in the bathroom. There are beautiful hardwood floors in the bedroom. I can go on forever about this place.

The apartment is located on W. 117th St. and Manhattan Ave. It is right around the corner from the B/C train on 116th St. and a 5 minute walk to the A/B/C/D train at 125th St. The 2/3 train is about 7-10 minutes away on 116th St. and Lenox Ave.

The neighborhood is great! Best Yet Supermarket is a hop, skip, and a jump away on Frederick Douglas Blvd. and 118th St. Harlem Tavern is right around the corner on 116th St. and Frederick Douglass Blvd. There are dozens of other restaurants and coffee shops along Frederick Douglas Blvd. Both Morningside Park and Central Park are very close and Columbia University is less than 5 minutes away.

The rent + utilities = $1500. Utilities include Time Warner basic cable, wireless internet, Con Ed (electricity & gas) and use of the washer/dryer in the unit. The room is unfurnished. There is a mirrored closet door and storage above the closet.

First month and security deposit required. I prefer someone that will be staying for the full year but will consider short term.
