We are a 30 year old couple with furnished bedroom available in a 2 bedroom apartment on W 132nd St in Harlem. We have a cat named Peanut and two rabbits named Bubbles and Carrot. Our apartment is fully furnished, kitchen has everything you could need.
The bedroom has a full sized bed, a desk and chair, a laundry basket and a lamp. The bedroom also has an AC installed. All you need to bring is bedding and your stuff.

Safe quiet street in a quiet building with other young couples and families. Good supermarkets in neighborhood (Whole Foods is a short walk away) and 3 laundromats in a one block radius. Short walking distance from Red Rooster and all the other new restaurants and bars that are popping up in Harlem. 2/3 train is around the corner and the A/B/C/D and 4/6 are within walking distance.

This lease will be a month-by-month agreement; rent of $1100 is due at the 1st of every month (with one month deposit due upon moving in); we pay all utilities (electricity, internet w/ wifi, cable TV, we also have Netflix and Hulu which we share with roommates).
