Roommate wanted in West Harlem

I am originally from Italy, in NYC for the past 29 years. I am clean, but not obsessive, quiet, friendly and work with nutrition and Reiki. I live in a large 3 bedrooms and 1+1/2 bath apt in West Harlem. Looking for a mature, responsible person to become our roommate: to move into own furnished room. We have 1 1/2 bath - shower is in common bathroom. Other roommate is a programmer who is working on his own Internet company. Apartment is next to major train A, C, and B, D and a couple of blocks to the East, will get you to 2 and 3 train. I am downhill from NY City College, and half block from beautiful St Nicholas Park. I have a dog, a handsome shepard/terrier rescued from the street: we've been together for 15 years. very affectionate and well behaved. Contact me for questions and more info. Short stay: on a case to case bases, rent could be apportioned for limited stays - less than a month - usually is more expensive for me to have someone stay over for short term, rent will be adjusted accordingly. You will need to provide references, contact numbers and a signed roommate agreement to become our roommate.
