Need Female Roommate in Hamilton Heights $850
I am leaving my room and need to fill it ASAP, preferably looking for someone to move in by 11/4 but am very flexible and would accept someone coming on 12/1 as well or any time in November.
The room is decent sized in a large, 5 bedroom apartment shared with four women in their late 20's/early 30's (all students or professionals). Rent is $850/month, with a month and a half deposit ($1275). Utilities are usually around $30 per month. Ideally we want someone who can commit to stay until May, but that is negotiable. The apartment has a bathroom and a half and is right next to the 137th St. stop on the 1 and about a 15 min walk to the A at 125th St or 145th St. Very close to a Food Universe.
The room is furnished with a dresser and bookshelf and has a closet. I also want to sell my queen-sized mattress + frame, night stand, and air conditioner. But if you want it unfurnished we can make that work too.
