Amazing Ensuite Room In 3Br With Private Roof!

We're renting out the 3rd room in an awesome apartment in Gramercy/East village border.

The room: The room is an ensuite and is the biggest of the 3 rooms in the house. With nice big windows, exposed brick, loads of built in storage and room for a queen sized bed, it's an absolute bargain at this price.

The housemates: You'll be living with two British guys who have newly moved over from London. Ollie is an Engineer and Nick works in recruitment.....both guys are chilled out, clean up after themselves but also like to socialise and have fun in the city. We like to take care of the apartment but we're well past the stage of making rules and telling the new person what they can or can't do.

About you: This is your apartment too, so feel free to have guests etc. Male or Female, we don't mind as long as you're up for a laugh and want to make the place a home!

The selling point: There is a PRIVATE ROOF TERRACE. That's right. There are a set of stairs in the living room that lead to a private terrace with epic views of the empire state building and all of the midtown skyline. We've got a grill and table up there so it should be great for summer!

Other points: Washer drier in the unit, cable and everything is good to go, cool double height living room with roof lights.

Requirements: We're looking to sign a 1 year lease from May 1st and we're looking to do this ASAP.
You need: 1st, Last and 1 month security deposit ($1750 x 3). We're signing a lease so you'll need to make 40x the rent and have a good credit history.....all pretty standard stuff. Bills come to about $80-120 per person/month depending on the season.

The place is an absolute bargain (other units in the building are going for up to $700 more per month than ours so we're keen to keep hold of it.
