I am looking for a candidate to take over my part of the lease, due to I have to leave for a new job in California. t's a shared large one bedroom apartment in the center of the Financial District (one block away from NYSE). I will leave my furniture to you, so the room is FULLY FURNISHED, if you don't want, I can take them with me when I move out. You will have the bedroom and most of the storage/closet in the unit. The other roommate - Cindy, she uses half the space of our large living room as her living space.
Your future roommate - Cindy works in architecture. I would like to find someone who is responsible and like a clean, quiet apartment environment. Feel free to contact me with any questions.
You can possibly move in the week of Christmas and get the rest of Dec for free. I will also pay for all your utility during the 4 months of your stay.
