Large room in loft apt in Financial District

I have a room to rent in a loft type apartment in the Financial District Google images of Route 66 Smokehouse to see the location. The apartment is upstairs on the third floor and it's pretty big. Two living room setups and a common area can all be had simultaneously. It's a unique apartment in that part of it is used for storage by the bar but that still leaves about 1500 square feet for the tenants. The building is going through renovations at the moment which is why the rent is lower than it should be at the moment. Renovations include the hallway and stairs, building a partition to separate the storage area, paint, and some pipes throughout the building.

The available bedroom can easily fit a king size bed and most other furnishings you may have. There was a couple living here before and they had no problem with the space. There are built in shelves but it isn't furnished at the moment. There is internet and a dish washer as well. The only utility is electric which isn't very much (usually about $70 per month unless I can get it rolled in to the payment with the landlord).

About me - I'm a 30-year-old newly hired firefighter with the FDNY. I do have a dog. He is a friendly young Husky. I am a smoker for now but I can convert to an outside smoker if necessary.

The room is available immediately and can be viewed most evenings and weekends.
