I have one room available in a true 2-BR/2-BA in the Financial District. I am looking for $2050 per month (plus your share of utilities, which I would estimate at around $100 per person per month on the very high end) for the room.
I am a 33 year old male attorney who works extremely long hours. When I'm not working, I like to cook, work out and relax.
I'm not fussy about who I live with, so long as you're respectful and pay rent on time. Male or female is okay as is any age. No smokers, please.
The room itself is perfect for someone who wants a bit more space than a flexed room would provide without wanting to pay full price for a studio. You get your own bathroom, a furnished living room (there would be room for more items), a stocked kitchen, and a (hopefully awesome) roommate.
First and last month's rent to move in. No income qualification requirement (I have already qualified). The room is available beginning June 21, 2014. I'm happy to answer any other questions you might have.
