1BR in 4BR/2Bath apartment in East Village

We have 1 room becoming vacant in the beginning of January since one of our roommates is moving out. The apartment is a huge 4BR/2Bath apartment on the 3rd floor walk-up in a prime location in the East Village, on 10th street and 2nd avenue.

We are a short 5 minute walk from the 6 and N/R trains and 4 minute walk from the L. We are also just 7 minutes away from Union Square. There are plenty of restaurants, laundromats, coffee shops, bars and parks around.

Your room has a huge window and is ventilated. The rent for the room will be $1670 per month, payable on the 1st of each month. Utilities (Con Edison, Time Warner and Cleaning) work out to around $90 extra per month per person. You will also need to put down a Security deposit of 1-2 months (depending on your Credit Score and employment/income). We are looking for someone who can stay between 6 months to a year or even more possibly.

We are looking for a Male who is in his 20s, employed, clean, quiet and friendly. We don't spend much time in the living room and mostly stick to our rooms (respect one another's privacy) but we go out often and would like someone who is similar. All of us work in Finance and have reasonably long hours but we catch up over sports or dinner/brunch on the weekends.

Our apartment is very clean and the bathrooms are spacious and renovated as well. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, fridge and stove. We have plenty of cabinet space. None of us cook more than 3-4 times per week.
