I'm a 28 year old female and working in Business Development. I enjoy yoga and traveling. I'm looking for a clean and respectful roommate.
The apartment is a two bedroom, newly renovated, has exposed brick, a washer and dryer in the unit as well as a dishwasher in the kitchen. The bathroom and living room/kitchen are shared. The two bedrooms are private. Bedrooms have plenty of natural light and both fit a queen bed.
The utilities are usually $30 per person for Internet and around $40 per person for electricity.
The apartment is close to the 1st Ave L stop and the Astor place 6 stop.
