Hey All,
My roommate is planning on moving out of our amazing east village apartment at the end of october when our lease is up. As I love the place so much, I have the option to stay an extra month if I can find someone to occupy her room for the month of November.
The apartment is located on first avenue and 12th street. Apartment is bright, beautiful gold trimmings, your room is modified the same way, also includes a small balcony. There is a full bath, kitchen, and sizable common room. Cable and utilities are separate, usually around $100 or so a month.
L train is 2 blocks up on 14th, and Union Square is just a 10 minute walk away.
This place is truly a find, so come scoop it up!
