It is a decent sized room, two bright windows, big closet, can fit a full/queen size bed with desk, dresser, end tables and more.
The living room/kitchen area as of right now is unfurnished, so you can bring anything you have, or we can get stuff together.
It is $1647/m with free laundry in the basement. Move in date June 1st or July 1st, and the lease runs for a year. Room is not furnished.
I am 21, go to NYU, and involved in many different activities plus a research job and internship so I am not home very often. I am easy going and keep to myself. Let me know if you're interested. Thanks
