My roommate is leaving and I'm looking for someone to sign a year-long lease with me starting in February, but the room is available to sublet in January.
Spacious room (fits her queen bed comfortably) and closet. Rent is $1147.50 each and that includes utilities, then we split the cost of wifi ($18 each). Elevator building with laundry downstairs and just a few minutes walk to the 125th/Lexington Ave stop with the 4/5/6 train. About a 10 minute walk to the 2/3 train stop. Not far from Columbia University.
I work in TV and am not home much during the week, so looking for someone on the quieter/low-maintenance side. Message me if you need any more info!
