We are are young professionals who loves art, movies, food, and traveling.

The apartment is on the first floor of a walk up building on 3rd AVE between 105th and 106th st, it's a 2 minute walk to buses and 5 minute walk to the subway on 103rd st or 110th st.

Conveniently we have a Duane Reade and Gym facility across the street, Chase & laundry mat around the corner, as well as Fine Fare Grocery Store and TONS of small convenient store around the area. We also have at least 5-6 fast food places that are open past 12.

The bedroom is about 8ft wide by 12ft long. Completely furnished with bed, wardrobe, mirror and dresser included. (Please NO furniture)

The apartments is gut renovated with all new appliances. Kitchen/living room is of cozy size, with large flat screen TV and a very large size bathroom.

Move in ASAP

This is a small apartment but a great deal if you want to live in Manhattan and be close to everything.

First and last months rent due before move in. Utilities included.
