My roommate is moving out to sunny California so I have an awesome master bedroom in our 2BR/1Bath townhouse available for rent Nov. 1, possibly a few days earlier.

NEIGHBORHOOD:
That's right. I said TOWNHOUSE! The townhouse is centrally located on 5th Avenue in Harlem with easy access to both West Side and East Side subway lines (2, 3, A, C, B, D, 4, 5, and 6 trains and 125th Harlem Metro North Station). This is a great neighborhood! A view of the Empire State Building can be seen from the front porch. Every year a portion of the NYC Marathon is run directly outside of our place along 5th Avenue so we have free front row seats! We're only 6 blocks from Central Park. We're close to many coffee shops, restaurants, museums, Harlem Pizza Co., boutiques, and the very popular Harlem Bier Garden.

APARTMENT:
We have a huge open space living room with large windows for natural light. A beautiful kitchen with microwave, full stovetop range, and refrigerator, a full bathroom, and the apartment is fully furnished. We also have an abundance of closet space. A full walk-in hallway closet and separate linen closet. And we are very PET friendly. One cat or small dog welcome. I love dogs!

ROOM:
This master bedroom has two large windows, ceiling fan, and large closet. A queen size bed, bedframe, long dresser, small dresser, nightstand, and a small chair.

ME:
I am a 33yo female professional with fairly normal schedule. I work in television Monday -- Fridays. Quiet during the week, does enjoy having Netflix nights occasionally and watch a lot of comic book television shows. I am health conscious and regularly go to the gym. I am open minded and don't care what you eat, do or whatever as long as you are respectful. I like to keep the place clean, so I expect you to clean up after yourself, and help take out the trash and recycling.
