On-site super for quick repairs or emergencies. Building is on a quiet one-way street, even though it's close to a main intersection.

About the neighborhood: 2 blocks from the 6 train; 10 minute walk to the 2, 3 lines. Close to Central Park, some cafes, and Fresh Market grocery store. New restaurants have recently started popping up in the neighborhood.

About you: Looking for someone respectful, tidy and responsible who doesn't smoke. No couples. I am a young professional female who is often at work, so I like to keep my home calm and relaxing. I love watching TV and movies and am almost always down to hang out together. What's most important to me is that we both feel comfortable and at home in our space.
