Furnished Bedroom in East Harlem available Sept 15

I have a furnished room available in my East Harlem 2br starting Sept 15th/ Oct1st.
The basics:
Rent = $1050 per month including utilities
Security Deposit: $950
Sublease length: 4 months minimum, 12 months maximum. I am the sole leaseholder, and my landlord knows I have roommates. I really don't want to look for a new person to move in January 1, so if you need to leave end of December, this isn't the right place for you.
Furnishings: 1 box spring, 1 mattress, 3 wall shelves, 2 ikea kavlax shelves, 1 lamp.

Papers for application: Copy of photo ID, proof of income (paystubs or offer letter). I just need to look at these, I won't keep anything.
Move in total: $2000 for security deposit and first month's rent.

The apartment is on the corner of 119th and 3rd, on the 4th floor of a walkup building. The available bedroom has two windows facing third avenue. It's approximately 8x11. There is a closet in the living room reserved for this bedroom. The bathroom is large for a manhattan apartment, with a full tub. There are two small living areas, one with a futon couch and one with a dining table and pantry setup. The kitchen is large and beautiful, and by far my favorite part of the apartment. The kitchen has an island that I adore, and that can be pulled away from the wall to access a sturdy fire escape, where I often sit and read a book or hang with friends.

About me: I'm in my twenties and I work in operations for an NYC startup, so my hours are long and all over the place. Sometimes I work from home at odd hours, so it's important that the apartment is peaceful. I'm rather uptight about keeping common areas clean and trash free (except dishes - I have a bad habit about leaving dishes in the sink too long). I do like being social, and like to have friends over for dinner when I can. I have friends and family all over the world, and I love to host people (that includes your friends too)! My home is my happy place, and I think a good roommate relationship is a part of that. I'd like to share my home with someone on my wavelength - young, female, and professional.
