Large, Sunny Room In 2-Bed: W/D, Dishwa. In Unit

THE APARTMENT: Two-bedroom with dishwasher and washer/dryer in unit. 1st floor with backyard access. You would have the front room with a private entrance. Monthly rent is 1100, and utilities average around $75/month (more in the summer, less during the rest of the year). Move-in requires: 1st month's rent, security deposit (1 month's rent), and internet ($30). Transit: 4,5,6 trains at 125 and the 6 train at 116, and steps from all kinds of buses.

ME: I'm a full-time social worker in my late twenties, and I have a fairly busy schedule. I have a cat who is very sweet with people, but not so great with other cats. I am friendly and sociable, but I prefer a quiet/cozy home environment. I am a clean person, but I am definitely not a neat freak. I'm respectful, communicative, friendly, queer, and vegetarian.

YOU: I'm looking for a roommate who is responsible, respectful, mature, clean, communicative, open-minded, able to pay rent on time, and cat-friendly. You would not be on the lease, but I'm ideally looking for someone who wants to stay through the end of the current lease (July 31, 2017).
