Looking for a flatmate ASAP
Hello, my name is Jessica, I'm a single female, 29 years old, looking for someone interested in renting a 2 bedroom apartment with me. I would like to move in as soon as possible and I'm looking for someone who is easy going, doesn't plan on having lots of guests over and above all is INCREDIBLY CLEAN AND NEAT. I pretty much keep to myself, I'm quiet, I don't go out a lot, and I really enjoy relaxing and watching TV shows, like GOT, SOA, House of Cards, OITNB, etc., and I'm very, very neat.
The requirements for the apartment are an income of rent X 40 ($1400 ? 40) and someone who can pay $4200 up front (1st month's rent, 1 month security deposit, and 1 month broker fee).
Details: 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living room, kitchen with dishwasher. Utilities included (heat, water, gas, electric). Elevator and laundry in building. Across from Central Park and one block from the 2 & 3 and close to the 6 subway lines.
Please message if you are interested :)
