Seeking Roommate for 2BR On Lex

I found a really adorable apartment on the market I would like to put an application in for a 5/1 move in date.

The rooms are size-able, there is storage and laundry downstairs, and the place is just overall really really cute.

I would love to meet you and see if you like the place to move in starting 5/1.

A few notes on the place:
- dishwasher
- central heat/air
- rooftop deck
- laundry in building
- gym access for a one time fee of $25!

A few notes on me:
- I am a 25 year old female open to a really really cool girl or guy.
- I am not interested in living with students, I work very hard during the week and go out almost every friday and saturday night. I don't take the party home but I love to have a great pre-game and want someone who is just as social and outgoing -- and who loves vino!
- I have no pets
- I am not a crazy cleaner I just believe in cleaning up after yourself and doing it well.
- I am a foodie and love to cook and watch movies
- In generally I like the house on the cooler side
- I have no problem with guests (but am always respectful if I have a friend who wants to come visit for the weekend)
