Semi-private furnished room in shared, open loft

Unique New York loft, with huge windows and high ceilings, converted from an old commercial space. There are no actual enclosed rooms but areas are sectioned off with curtains. Your room is furnished with a queen size bed and small dressing area. Clean sheets and towels available.

Shared areas include sofa with TV (online TV like Netflix and Hulu only), dining table with window seating, wifi, kitchen with microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, blender, etc.

There is a small bathroom with only shower and toilet. There is no tub or sink (there is only one sink in the kitchen) but there are extra toilet access outside of apartment in the hallway. The toilet is a macerator and can be noisy.

I work 9-6 hours. There are also 2 cats and a tiny Chihuahua. The dog uses wee wee pads in the bathroom. Prefer female non-smoker.

Located on the border of Chinatown & LES. Quick 4 block walk to the B/D and F train.

$1390 per month, including all utilities. One month's deposit and background check needed. Short term stay preferred, on month to month basis.
