It's one real bedroom for rent. There's a living room, kitchen, and storage to share. Newly renovated last summer. Very bright & clean. Has laundry, a gym & doorman in the building. I really like this place so I'm trying to stay here.
My current roommate is planning on selling his furniture, so it could either come with furniture or without.
