The available bedroom will be unfurnished- fits a KING sized bed with room for more furniture, plus a large double closet.
I am looking for someone to share the lease with. Guarantors welcome. Guarantor needs to make 80 times the rent.
The apartment is a 2 bed/2 bath has a large home office on 109 street & 5th Avenue. It is located across the street from Central Park, two blocks away from 2/3 express train and 3 blocks from the 6 train and plenty of restaurants and other conveniences. Full kitchen, elevator building with laundry facilities in basement. No pets, one roommate is allergic.

RENT: $2212.50

Security Deposit**: $4425 security deposit will be held by management company, pending lease application through Stonehenge Management.

Utilities: We will share the cost of utilities (ConEd & Internet) equally.

Looking for a professional, who is friendly, considerate, clean and financially responsible. Someone who values and contributes to a peaceful, clean and harmonious home. Preferably someone between the age of 24-40 yrs old.
