You and I share the kitchen and bathroom, and utilities (internet, electricity+1 time per month cleaning lady = approx $100 each)

You:
-Do have a stable and steady livelihood (one outside the home). Able to pay bills on time. Able to provide references and financials.
-Clean. Not one to leave dishes in the sink, food in your area, or the bathroom a mess.
-Not a hoarder. If you have tons of "stuff"...boxes full of crap...this is not the place for you. If you have normal amounts of stuff, that's great.
-Are not into hard drugs or bringing any sort of party home.
-Can have guests and over, but not frequently. (no bf or gf over all the time)
-Don't smoke tobacco in the apt.
-Are a professional
-Are sane and drama free
