Fully furnished room in doorman bldg 9/20-10/20

I am leaving at the last minute for work, and am renting my room out between 9/20 and 10/20ish (dates somewhat flexible). The rent includes *ALL* utilities including internet and TV!

The room:

- bright, airy, and spacious
- fully furnished with Queen sized bed, nightstands, mini fridge and freezer, Flat screen TV, chair, etc.
- FIOS TV (with HBO and Showtime) and fast WiFi
- full, huge closet
- All you need is your suitcase!?

The building:
- 24 hour doorman with package reception
- Laundry on same floor
- Huge terrace on same floor
- Steps from Central Park, at 112 st and 5th ave
- 5 minute walk to the express 2/3 trains and 8 minutes to the 6 train.
- This means a 15 to 17 minute door to door commute to Times Square!

The apartment is large (3 bedrooms). Your roommates are very respectful of privacy. They clean the apartment as well, outside the room. You'll be sharing a bathroom with just one other person, a Spanish student. She's very nice and clean as well!

I can show the room today through Friday, as I'm leaving Saturday.

The rent again includes all utilities! It must be fully prepaid before you can move in, in addition to a fully refundable $300 security deposit.
