This is a very unique 3 bedroom apartment on East 4th St. It's an incredible location and a 5 minute walk from the F train. We are surprisingly lucky to get it for what it is!
We are looking for a 3rd roommate preferably from 20-26 to fill the largest and nicest bedroom and who is willing to commit to a one year lease. The current two filling the apt are extremely nice, fun and are both in the Arts, Film and Fashion.
The room is furnished but I am open to discussion if you would prefer not to have some items.
This room needs to be filled by 5h Nov, no sooner or later.
