Due to a sudden departure by our third roommate who had an unfortunate family emergency, we've got a very affordable room available in our Williamsburg apartment, situated in one of the most desirable neighborhoods in Brooklyn. The apartment is modest sized, but your room is quite comfortable, and you're situated close to everything you could want as far as restaurants, nightlife, shopping, etc... While not everyone in the community is pleased about it, they're building a Whole Foods about 4 blocks from where we are, as well an Apple Store. New eateries, stores, and work-share spaces are popping up out here like it's Sim City. Plus you'll be 10-15 minutes from both the L train and the JMZ, as well as a couple of blocks from the Williamsburg Bridge in case you want to take the scenic route to Manhattan. Our spot is ideal for someone active, who spends a lot of their time out and about. Your roommates are two guys who fit this description: guys who aren't home much, who will kind of pass you by in the evenings.

Rent is $1295 per month, and a one month security deposit is needed. Our landlord also needs to process an application for you (for credit check, etc... ).

Ideally, we'd like someone to move in as early as Nov 1, but we're open.
