-bedrooms are on opposite ends of the apartment - which provides some privacy
-located a few blocks from the L/G (lorimer stop) and J/Z (marcy stop) metro line
-safe area
-four windows in common area
-plenty of bars, restaurants, grocery stores around

-1000$ month + utilities (around 60$/month)
-one month's rent plus one month security to move in.
-you will not need to sign a lease but you may need to sign a roommate agreement.

I'm 30 and french. I work 9-7 during the week.
I've been living in NY for 6 years (4yrs in this apartment).
I like to try new restaurants, going to concerts, museums and to go to Zumba! And I cook good crepes :)

I'm looking for a female roommate that wants to share more that just the apartment.. having drinks and dinner from time to time :)
Looking for someone clean, serious and friendly.

Please no smoking, no drugs and no couples.
No pets please.
