$925 Roommate needed for a SHARED bedroom!

Hi! Two friends and I are looking for a fourth roommate ASAP for an apartment in Williamsburg. It is an up and coming area surrounded by cool cafes, bars, shops and people.

This is a brand new renovated building with a huge balcony as well as spacious rooms and closet space. There is also in-building laundry. We personally adore the stairs. It is a 2BR with 2 full bathrooms, a modern kitchen and large common space.

You can either share a bedroom with one of the girls or create a makeshift bedroom in the spacious living room area. We'd love to have a drama free and chill household.

The rent is 925 per person which is wonderfully priced for its location (off the Lorimer L and Hewes J/M stops) and the fact that the space is so nice & modern.

All three of us are friendly, so we would love to find someone who is the same!

We would like to get a roommate ASAP!! Deposit and application fee (75) must be paid by the ASAP. First and Last month of lease must be paid by April 15. Move in date will be anywhere within the first two weeks of April, April 15th at the latest (flexible).

US: Three students at Parsons the New School for Design, all chill girls aged 19-22. There are two fashion majors and one graphic design major.

YOU: Preferably female, young, and openminded! Small pets are okay :) Bonus points if you're into decorating the place with lots of fairy lights and plants for a rad boho feel.
