The apartment is really chill. Two guys and a girl all in their 20s and early 30s. All of the roommates are on differing schedules and the apartment tends to be quite quiet and clean.

The apartment is approximately a five minute walk to both the Lorimer L and the Marcy JMZ. The apartment is located on a street with TONS to do. The laundromat is across the street, a large grocery store is around the corner, tons of restaurants and bars are at your fingertips, and the new Williamsburg Cinema is only a few blocks away too. The location can't be beat!
