Looking for a very clean, responsible, and respectful 3rd roommate to rent out my room. Living with 2 other professional females in mid-20s, friendly, responsible and respectful. Must be female and long-term for at least a year to live in Sunset park, Brooklyn. Unfurnished private bedroom about 160 sq ft. (There is no storage so I would suggest storing things under the bed like luggage) Rent is 875 with utilities included. EMPHASIS IS ON CLEANLINESS (very particular about this).
N train station is 6 min walk away. Location has lots of shops, supermarkets, delis, convenience stores, laundry, food, etc, everything u need. Available July 15 th for move-in.
